The Design Process:
Free Consultation 
   One of our friendly and knowledgeable sales representatives will meet with you to answer any of your questions and discuss your online business goals. He/she can explain the range of possibilities that By Request has to offer our clients, and help you decide if BRWD is right for you.

Initial Planning/Website Proposal 
   Once you have a vision and motivation for your site, you are ready to begin planning the specifics. A sales representative, sometimes with the help of a graphic designer, with assist you in working up the contents and layout of your website. This stage includes overall organization, in-depth discussion, and a price estimate.

Design Conference 
   One of our graphic designers with meet with you, either in person or over the phone, to discuss the rest of the design process. He/she will review the site layout and function, as well as begin to gather any information and content that will be needed for the website. This can include text, photos, graphics, statistics, product info, etc. This will be the beginning of your email correspondence with our graphic design department, who will keep you up to date on the progress of your site.

Client Commentary 
   By Request Web Designs is open to continuous customer input throughout the entire design process. We know that part of what makes a successful website is having it look and function how you want. Our graphic designers are available for our customers Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm to discuss any concerns or ideas you might have. We pride ourselves on personal service and our ability to custom-build websites.

Website Review/Touch-ups 
   The graphic design team reviews the finished site with you to go over any last minute changes or possible errors. At this point you'd want to make any final touch-ups before the site goes "live".

Marketing Conference 
   At the end of the design phase you will have an opportunity to confer with an internet marketing specialist, who will explain ways for you to market your website online. He/she will go over search engine placement, pay-per-clicks, and website content preferences and restrictions. Launch Your Site! 
   Once we get confirmation, your domain name can be switched over to your new site being hosted on our server and people can begin visiting your site.
